Join us at the Mason Square Branch for a series of nutrition classes led by Nutrition Coordinator Abigail Killian of Western Mass Food Bank.
In this SNAP-Ed funded class, you will learn about dairy foods, proteins, and nuts. These foods give your body nutrients that keep you stay strong and healthy. We will talk about food allergies—especially to dairy and nuts. You’ll learn what to look for on food labels, how to avoid foods that can cause allergies, and how to find safe, healthy choices and alternatives.
This class is great for anyone who wants to eat well or needs to avoid certain foods. For ages 12+
