Take care of yourself! Join us for a Community Health Fair featuring local organizations with resources and services to improve your health and well-being. Learn about local resources available to you and your friends and family. All visitors will receive a prize for participating in the Health Fair.*
The Community Health Fair is co-sponsored by the Springfield City Library and Office of Race and Health Equity, and is presented in partnership with the All of Us project’s traveling exhibit, which contains information about the inequitable impacts of historical health research and the efforts to make medical research more inclusive.
