Join us for our third annual Community Health Fair featuring local organizations with resources and services to improve your health and well-being. April is Public Health Month, which is a great time to learn about local organizations available to you and your friends and family.
This event is co-sponsored by Springfield City Library and the Office of Race and Health Equity in the Department of Health and Human Services.
