Charlen Benoit, Heart and Healing Touch, presenting this class designed for babies 1 to 6 months (pre-crawlers only). This 1-hour class with baby, is a unique opportunity to learn techniques and special abdominal strokes designed to support coordination, balance and flexibility and ease symptoms of belly pain, discomfort, and digestive disturbances.
