Purpose of Meeting
The Natural Childbirth Education class covers anatomy and physiology of birth, breathing methods, comfort measures (partners/support people/doulas are very involved in this process), active labor and pushing, and early postpartum topics related to both parent and baby. It also is an opportunity for birth center, homebirth, and naturally-focused families who are planning a hospital birth to connect with one another and prepare together! Join us!
