This course provides information and practical hands-on practice for families wanting to have a natural childbirth in any setting: hospital, birthing center or at home. Partners or family members are welcome! We teach anatomy and physiology of birth, positions, comfort measures, what to have in your toolbox! Looking forward to seeing you there!
