Purpose of Meeting
The City of Springfield is in the process of preparing the 5 year Consolidated Plan. The purpose of the hearing is to get comments from the residents as to how they would like to see the City spend the Entitlement Funds over the five years. The city will use the surveys that have been distributed citywide and resident comments to determine goals and priorities.
