Purpose of Meeting
We are launching the Western Mass Community Health Worker (CHW) Hub, designed to benefit the surrounding communities. Our goal is to bring CHWs together to network and collaborate, sharing innovative ideas to enhance the delivery of resources and better serve the needs of our communities.
