Have you ever tie-dyed a t-shirt? Have you ever tie-dyed a shirt with a water gun? Come to the Forest Park library and make the most creative shirt you can imagine! We will provide shirts, but you may bring your own. White t-shirts only. This program will be outside, rain date will be August 7. Recommended for ages 5+
