Join us for 45 minutes of chair yoga. Using gentle stretching while seated, chair yoga allows adults of all abilities to improve flexibility and balance. Instructor Cindy Senk, a certified accessible yoga teacher, will lead the class. Ages 18+

Art lessons will include an introduction to a specific artist with plenty of time to create your own masterpiece to bring home. Well suited for 7-11 year olds, but younger children with accompanying grown ups are welcome to come and create.
