Attention LEGO enthusiasts! All are invited to drop in for our freestyle Lego Building Club. Make new friends and browse our library's many LEGO-themed books. Have the freedom to build using your imagination.

Learn the chain stitch and the single crochet to make a mug wrap! All supplies will be provided.

If you want a specific color yarn you may bring your own size 4/medium/worsted weight yarn.

Join us for our day-time, Open Studio session! You can bring a project to work on, or an idea to bounce off of other makers.

Join us for our Listen and Draw program for kids who love to draw and create. Listen to an audiobook to inspire your imagination. Use our trace and draw projector to draw animals. Draw a picture or make a craft. No art experience required.

Every Tuesday we will place crafting materials and instructions out on tables in the center of the library for patrons to use. This program is designed for teens and tweens, but adults and younger children are welcome as well.

Join us on Mondays this winter for some messy, sensory art for toddlers. This program is designed with children 3-5 years old in mind, younger children are welcome but may require more help.

Join Meg as we do a different craft every week on Wednesday afternoons. Tissue Paper Painting, Watercolor painting, finger painting, and floral book marks are some of the crafts we will be exploring.

Ever wonder how manga and comics come to life? Join us for the making of manga/comics: from ideas to panels. For teens, ages 13-17.

Join the Western Mass Writers Guild for our monthly meeting at the Springfield Library. Writers of all skill levels are welcome to attend. Meetings include writing “sprints,” idea collaboration and general camaraderie.
