Stop by the Forest Park Library to develop your sewing skills, make new friends, and have fun! Each month we will have a guided project to build your skills, or bring your own project and meet other sewers. Share your skills and tips with others!

We supply the artist-quality crayons, pencils and pens and coloring pages, to spark your creativity. Just drop by and color your stress away. For tweens and teens.

Attention LEGO enthusiasts! All are invited to drop in for our freestyle Lego Building Club. Make new friends and browse our library's many LEGO-themed books. Have the freedom to build using your imagination.

Create 'poetry in motion' by decorating and constructing a Jacob's ladder full of color, word, and movement

Join us for our day-time, Open Studio session! You can bring a project to work on, or an idea to bounce off of other makers.

Each week we will have a drop-in project or two based on a theme.

Join our circle to share canticos/songs, games and fun stories while learning initial Spanish.

Drop-in for our weekly studio session. From sewing a button or hemming pants, to following a pattern to construct a garment using a sewing machine, our sewing volunteer can help you get started!

Use cardboard and markers to create roads. Use templates to make your own buildings. Take home a tiny toy car to drive in your new city. We provide the supplies, you supply the imagination. 

We’ll provide all the supplies for you to create your own jewelry pieces, unique to your artistic vision. You’ll take home all of your creations! While supplies last. For Teens 13-19. 

Join us in the Activity Den to experiment with water color painting! 

Join Meg as we do a different craft every week on Wednesday afternoons. Tissue Paper Painting, Watercolor painting, finger painting, and floral book marks are some of the crafts we will be exploring.

Wednesdays this spring, get messy and make some art! Artists will explore different materials and styles, learn some art history, and most importantly get their hands dirty and have fun!
