Held every Tuesday morning. Geared toward toddlers ages 3 and under with their grown-ups!

Every Thursday we will offer an array of toddler friendly activities and toys to work on motor skills. Aimed at toddlers, but siblings welcome.

Come join us for educational fun and learning at a librarian facilitated playgroup! 

No registration required, just drop in anytime during the program.

Have a pre-walker under 12 months?  

Join us for a silly and fun toddler storytime on Tuesday mornings. We'll read, sing, and play with toys together. Geared towards toddlers, older siblings welcome.   

Join us every Tuesday for Big Kid Storytime to enjoy stories and songs that are well suited for kids ages 4-6, with their grown ups!

Join us at the Mason Square Library in November for an egg hunt! Refreshments will be served to the hunters, and those cheering them on.

Calling all parents with young children! We invite you along with your child for a fun filled hour of gross motor fun to develop physical abilities.

Attention LEGO enthusiasts! All are invited to drop in for our freestyle Lego Building Club. Make new friends and browse our library's many LEGO-themed books. Have the freedom to build using your imagination.

No registration required. Adult must accompany children. Presented in collaboration with Home City Families. For ages 12 mos. - 6 years, siblings welcome.

Come to a special experience for pre-readers and practiced readers of all ages. Our guests Warren and his certified therapy dog Duchess will share some fun stories with you.

Welcome to Code Builders 2.0 - our all ages, drop-in club where you can explore robotics, coding languages (like Scratch and Python), and even 3D design & printing!

This club is open to aspiring coders of all ages.

Drop-in for our weekly studio session. From sewing a button or hemming pants, to following a pattern to construct a garment using a sewing machine, our sewing volunteer can help you get started!

Each week we will have a drop-in project or two based on a theme.

LEGO to the Library!  Do you enjoy building with Legos? Join us at the library every Tuesday afternoon between 3:30-4:30 for LEGO club and build to your heart's content. This is a drop-in program for kids of all ages. 

Enjoy reading in a quiet, comfortable environment with this silent book club for kids. Each week, we'll get cozy at the library for half an hour of solo reading, plus time at the end to chat and enjoy some snacks!

The Mobile Farmers Market is back.  The colorful truck will be making a weekly stop on Wednesdays.  The Farmers Market truck brings affordable, fresh fruits and vegetables to local neighborhoods.

Compete against your friends at Forest Park's November STEM challenges. This week participants will each make a tin foil boat and go head to head to see whose can hold the most weight before sinking!

Drop in Chess program for Kids, Teens and Adults.  Come learn and sharpen your skills in a supportive environment.  Everyone is welcome to join and start as beginners or be matched up with other players on their level. 

Surprise! Each month we will play a new game such as Dominoes, Checkers, Scrabble and many others! For families.  

Come read with the softest and most cuddly rabbit, Henry! Reading aloud improves literacy skills and builds confidence. Open to early and experienced readers of all ages.
