Create a unique plant friend with wool roving and a barbed needle. The wool roving allows for a soft, textured finish, and the barbed needle helps to shape and sculpt your design.

Celebrate the last day of Reading Dragons for this school year with a special game. Continue the fun at home with a free rotten egg card and instructions.

Learn the basics of knitting and build your skills with guided lessons. No experience needed! Every month we will review casting on, counting stitches, garter stitch, and stockinette stitch for new patrons and beginners.

Do you want your creativity sparked through drawing and art? Are you up for a Challenge of the Month?  Who’s ready for fun art challenges?

Whether you knit, crochet, cross-stitch, or crewel, these groups are the place for you.

Attention LEGO enthusiasts! All are invited to drop in for our freestyle Lego Building Club. Make new friends and browse our library's many LEGO-themed books. Have the freedom to build using your imagination.

Drop-in for our weekly studio session. From sewing a button or hemming pants, to following a pattern to construct a garment using a sewing machine, our sewing volunteer can help you get started!

Visit the Mason Square branch every other Friday for some paper-quilling! We will have paper-quilling supplies for everyone to make their own creations! For teens and adults 14+

Join us for a day of self care. Make an aromatherapy bag filled with fragrant herbs. Create your own herbal teas. Decorate your own Journal. Make your own vision board! We'll have refreshments for teens as they create their self care tools.

Join us for a 2-part celebration! We will start the party with themed snacks, crafts, books and games. Then we will have a special viewing of our favorite Star Wars Movie. Visit us you will, celebrate you must.

Join us every other Wednesday at the Forest Park Library for Wow Wednesdays! We will be doing a variety of crafts and activities, but all of it will be fun! For tweens and teens, ages 11-18. 

Get crafty! Let's make something together.

Enjoy making your own, personalized bar of soap.  Make one for you and one for the mom, grandma, or abuela in your life. We will discuss the benefits of essential oils and how to maintain healthy, glowing skin. For teens ages 12-18.

Join us for some after-school crafting on the 1st Wednesday of the month! Some examples are soap making, painting, and glitter bottles!

Get creative at this card making workshop just in time for Mother's Day! Using blank cards, markers, watercolors, stickers, and other supplies the library has to offer, participants will take home their very own homemade card! 

Make and decorate a popsicle stick frame for a special picture.
