Join us for adaptable chair yoga! Using gentle stretching while seated, chair yoga allows adults of all abilities to improve flexibility and balance. This series will also include chair yoga modifications using wall and mat positions. Mats will be provided, but feel free to bring your own. Instructor Cindy Senk, a certified accessible yoga teacher, will lead the class. No registration required! Ages 18+
