Using gentle stretching while seated, chair yoga allows adults of all abilities to improve flexibility and balance.
Join us for Chair Yoga lead by Cindy Senk, a certified personal trainer and yoga instructor. Where regular classes may be more limiting, Chair Yoga allows older people and those with chronic pain to gain flexibility and balance in a gentle and relaxing environment.
