Program Description

Event Details

Join us at parks around Springfield to discover local birds and our city's beautiful places to view them. Based on the Great Springfield Birding Trail, this program will meet once a month for five months (May-September) at different parks around the City.

The program will be led by naturalist William Randolph, who will also provide information on native and invasive plants and animals as we stroll the trails. U.S. Fish & Wildlife will provide a few pairs of binoculars for use and sharing, and participants are also encouraged to bring their own. All ages welcome. All locations are on or near bus routes.

Please call 413-263-6828 x213 to confirm in case of weather.
