Join experienced Tai Chi practitioner and instructor Emanuel Brown for a beginner-friendly class series for teens 16+ and adults of all ages. Tai Chi is a gentle movement practice rooted in Chinese medicine that can help reduce stress and improve mood, sleep, balance, and strength.
