Event Details
Map reading is an important skill to cultivate, even in the age of GPS. This homeschool program will introduce youth to how to read a map, including learning how to calculate distances; how to read and draw a variety of maps (street, geological, etc.); basic related vocabulary; and a computer component in the final class. Each class builds on the previous class so please try to join us for all sessions.
The class is presented primarily for youth aged 8-12, but older siblings may join us as well.
