Event Details
Unwind, stretch, and connect with this 60 min Teen Yoga Class! Starting off with lighthearted icebreakers to spark connection, then flow into gentle stretches set to inspiring music. Each session focuses on mindfulness—helping you stay present, reduce stress, and build self-awareness. Class will end with a peaceful guided meditation, leaving you refreshed, centered, and ready to take on anything. No experience needed—just bring your breath and be yourself!
This is an after hours program for teens ages 13-18. Registration is required. Please preregister online or by calling 413-263-6846.
