Wee Ones is a special storytime developed for toddlers that encourages  interaction through stories, music and play. Come have fun while building early literacy and social skills. For children and their caregivers.

Every Tuesday morning. Geared toward children pre-k and under with accompanying adults, but older siblings welcome!

Spend a lunch break at the Library and get financially fit with Dawn Creighton of Liberty Bank! Join Dawn for a series of engaging lunch-time workshops about budgeting, money management, saving, credit-building, home-buying, and more.

The Springfield City Library is delighted to partner with the Hampden County Law Library to offer the public the opportunity to talk with a Law Librarian from the Hampden County Courts.

New members are welcome, and current members are often willing to share their skills. Some yarn and needles can be provided, but donations are always welcome.

As many as 1 in 4 eligible Americans are not registered to vote. For National Voter Registration Day we're helping folks register to vote, check their registration, and find their polling place.

Are you up to the LEGO Challenge? Join other LEGO Questers in building our Challenge of the month, or build your own. Tuesdays, 3-5 pm. Indian Orchard branch. For ages 5 and up. 

Stop by the Mason Square Branch Library on Tuesday afternoons for some gaming fun! Play a board game, a card game, or even a game on our Nintendo Switch! For ages 10-16. 

Creative writing club for teens who love to write or want to try it out. Share your original poems, short stories, novels, and more; receive feedback on your work; and do fun writing activities!

Are you a kid who wants to be more independent and find ways to cook for yourself? Come learn how to make fun meals, drinks, and snacks. For kids ages 6-11. 

Pigeon will be visiting the Springfield City Library in September during National Library Card Month. 

The group reads mostly contemporary novels, although occasionally historical fiction, adventures, and some non-fiction. The book club members jointly choose upcoming books. No registration required, just drop by.
