The café is an opportunity to socialize and participate in an activity in an accepting environment. This program is free and open to family, friends, caregivers, and their loved ones of all ages with memory loss.
Whether you knit, crochet, cross-stitch, or crewel, these groups are the place for you.
New members are welcome, and current members are often willing to share their skills. Some yarn and needles can be provided, but donations are always welcome.
The Musical Petting Zoo is a fun and informative hands-on traveling exhibit of musical instruments. After an introduction to the instruments, participants get a chance to bow a violin, blow a horn or tap out a rhythm on a drum.

Discover Yoga for All
Come learn your new favorite yoga poses on Wednesday afternoons this August. These free yoga classes are for all ages and all abilities. Instructor Hannah Ketchum will be the instructor for this four week series. No registration required.
