The adult chess club is for chess players of all levels, from beginner to advanced. Whether you're looking for a casual game or a competitive match, check out the library's adult chess club. 

Celebrate Jackie Robinson Day with a showing of the biopic motion picture 42!  Chock Full O Nuts Coffee will be served as a salute to his second history making career as their Vice President of Personnel.

Do you want to be surrounded by flowers, but you're short on money or allergic to the real thing? No problem! Come in and make beautiful flowers out of pipe cleaners! 

The Mobile Farmers Market is back.  The colorful truck will be making a weekly stop on Wednesdays.  The Farmers Market truck brings affordable, fresh fruits and vegetables to local neighborhoods. 

Join us every other Wednesday at the Forest Park Library for Wow Wednesdays! We will be doing a variety of crafts and activities, but all of it will be fun! For tweens and teens, ages 11-18. 

Get crafty! Let's make something together.

We will be creating animals, critters and other things from pipe cleaners. For school aged children. 

Come hang out in our big comfy chairs and wind down with a friend. 

Join us every Wednesday evening for games, crafts, snacks, and conversation. For teens 13+

Practice your Spanish and help others practice their English in a weekly conversation circle and safe space for cultural exchange! We will spend half the time practicing Spanish and the other half practicing English, with a break in between.

Come join us at the East Forest Park library for adult board game night! We’ll provide the games and instruction – bring a friend, meet a neighbor, and learn a new game with us! All levels welcome. Ages 18+ please.

Love to read? If so, come meet us at the Raymond Jordan Senior Center for our monthly Book Club! We read mostly historical fiction but at times delve into non-fiction, contemporary fiction, and mysteries.

Join us for adaptable chair yoga! Using gentle stretching while seated, chair yoga allows adults of all abilities to improve flexibility and balance. The instructor is Cindy Senk, a certified accessible yoga teacher, will lead the class.
