Come to the East Forest Park branch library to show off your Scrabble skills! Test your vocabulary – and your opponents – at this weekly drop-in program, this summer only. Ages 16+.

Come to the Forest Park Library to color in a calm environment. We've got a wide array of options from crayons to acrylic markers. Enjoy quiet music and snacks, talking is optional. Every other Friday afternoon in the summers. 

Stop by the Forest Park Library to develop your sewing skills, make new friends, and have fun! Each month we will have a guided project to build your skills, or bring your own project and meet other sewers. Share your skills and tips with others!

Enjoy reading in a quiet, comfortable environment with this silent book club for kids. Each week, we'll get cozy at the library for half an hour of solo reading, plus time at the end to chat and enjoy some snacks.

Welcome to Code Builders 2.0 - our all ages, drop-in club where you can explore robotics, coding languages (like Scratch and Python), and even 3D design & printing!

This club is open to aspiring coders of all ages.

Join us for an afternoon of gaming and snacks! We'll have multiple board games set out to play, and a snack table for players to enjoy.

Wish you had more time to read? Looking for some book lovers to hang out with? Join us for Silent Book Club! One night a month, we get cozy at the library for an hour of solo reading and time at the end to chat.

Drop-in for our weekly studio session. From sewing a button or hemming pants, to following a pattern to construct a garment using a sewing machine, our sewing volunteer can help you get started!

Learn how to fix your clothing! Participants will learn how to make a basic patch and mend simple rips & tears to clothing and other household linens.

 Visit the Mason Square Branch on Tuesday afternoons for some switch gaming!

Join the Brightwood Branch Library for a monthly event where anime & manga enthusiasts gather to watch, discuss and vote on the anime of the day! Whether it's a show from years gone by or the hottest current obsession is up to you!

The Mobile Farmers Market is back.  The colorful truck will be making a weekly stop on Wednesdays.  The Farmers Market truck brings affordable, fresh fruits and vegetables to local neighborhoods.
