Join us for adaptable chair yoga! Using gentle stretching while seated, chair yoga allows adults of all abilities to improve flexibility and balance. This series will also include chair yoga modifications using wall and mat positions.

Ring in your New Year through creating your own vision board! During this program, you can use mixed-media to create a physical representation of your goals for 2026.
