Join us for 45 minutes of outdoor chair yoga lead by Cindy Senk, a certified personal trainer and yoga instructor. Using gentle stretching while seated,chair yoga allows adults of all abilities to improve flexibility and balance. Where regular classes may be more limiting, Chair Yoga allows older people and those with chronic pain to gain flexibility and balance in a gentle and relaxing environment.
