Join us for 45 minutes of chair yoga. Using gentle stretching while seated, chair yoga allows adults of all abilities to improve flexibility and balance. Instructor Cindy Senk, a certified accessible yoga teacher, will lead the class.

Come to the Forest Park Library to color in a calm environment. We've got a wide array of options from crayons to acrylic markers. Enjoy quiet music and snacks, talking is optional. Every other Friday afternoon. 

Celebrate the charm of autumn with this delightful needle felting project! In this class, you’ll sculpt a plump red apple from soft wool roving using a barbed felting needle.

Calling all imperfectionists! Join Tacky Craft Club, where we come together to create things (good or bad) and make friends. 

Harness your hidden characters! Using improvisational theatre and movement, we will explore the  characters that live in each of us! We will then have a ‘body-sense’ of how to bring any character to life.
