Do you want to try Dungeons & Dragons but don’t know how to start? Do you remember playing, but don’t have a group to play with now? Come to the East Forest Park library’s Dungeons & Dragons for Adults group! All levels welcome.

In this hands-on program, you'll learn the art of needle felting and create your own woolen sheep. Using only wool and a needle, our expert instructor will guide you through each step to sculpt a fuzzy barnyard friend!

Join us in a sensory friendly space to read together, make friends, and explore sensory activities.  This program is inclusive, but primarily created with children on the Autism Spectrum in mind. For ages 5 and up.

Calling all parents with young children! We invite you along with your child for a fun filled hour of gross motor fun to develop physical abilities.

Welcome to Code Builders 2.0 - our all ages, drop-in club where you can explore robotics, coding languages (like Scratch and Python), and even 3D design & printing!

Hungry after school? Not sure what to make? Come learn easy microwave recipes with simple ingredients! 

Use cardboard and markers to create roads. Use templates to make your own buildings. Take home a tiny toy car to drive in your new city. We provide the supplies, you supply the imagination. 

Creative writing club for teens who love to write or want to try it out. Share your original poems, short stories, novels, and more; receive feedback on your work; and do fun writing activities! Snacks and notebooks provided.

Family friendly chess club for kids to come learn and sharpen their skills in a supportive environment.

Every Tuesday morning. Geared toward children pre-k and under with accompanying adults, but older siblings welcome!

Meditating in a group gives a sense of community and camaraderie connected to sharing the practice and benefits of meditation.

Join us for a silly and fun toddler storytime on Tuesday mornings. We'll read, sing, and play with toys together. Geared towards toddlers, older siblings welcome.   

Explore great books, join a lively discussion, and meet others who enjoy reading too. New members are always welcome! Meets online at noon on the second Tuesday of every month.

The Springfield City Library is delighted to partner with the Hampden County Law Library to offer the public the opportunity to talk with a Law Librarian from the Hampden County Courts.

New members are welcome, and current members are often willing to share their skills. Some yarn and needles can be provided, but donations are always welcome.
