Meditating in a group gives a sense of community and camaraderie connected to sharing the practice and benefits of meditation.

Wee Ones is a special storytime developed for toddlers that encourages  interaction through stories, music and play. Come have fun while building early literacy and social skills. For children and their caregivers.

The Any Book Club (ABC) meets bi-monthly to share stories about their recent reads. Members of the Any Book Club review books they've read recently so others can learn about what's great and - sometimes - what's not.

Join us each week for a quiet and sensory friendly storytime for babies and toddlers who are not yet walking. Siblings welcome!

Come join us for education fun and learning at a librarian facilitated playgroup!  An adult must accompany and consistently supervise children.  No registration required, just drop in. Birth to 5 years, siblings welcome. 

Every Thursday we will offer an array of toddler friendly sensory activities to work on motor skills. Aimed at toddlers, but siblings welcome.

Thursdays this fall, get messy and make some art! Artists will explore different materials and styles, learn some art history, and most importantly get their hands dirty and have fun! For art lovers 8-14, no art experience required.

Nothing to do before the weekend? Don't want to spend your summer gaming alone? Visit the Forest Park Library and play board game or pick up a Nintendo Switch Joycon and join a Smash tournament. We'll be gaming every Friday this summer!

On Fridays we will play Mario Kart, Mario Party and Super Smash Bros Ultimate, on our brand new Switch. Bring your own controllers for 2+ multiplayer games. 3-5pm.

Attention LEGO enthusiasts! All are invited to drop in for our freestyle Lego Club. Make new friends and browse our library's many LEGO-themed books. Have the freedom to build using your imagination.

Come visit the East Forest Park Library for a Pawsitive experience! Meet Coach, a seven year old Shetland Sheep dog who is a specially trained certified therapy dog.
